Enjoy waking up in the morning to birds singing, squirrels looking for nuts or deer venturing across the edge of the yard.

We make every effort to provide you with everything that you'll need to be rested for a true country experience in the beautiful Laurel Highlands. The rooms have private baths with showers, central air, heat and a color television. Alarm clocks in each room. Hand crafted quilts on each queen size bed. Touch lamps provide an easy night light beside your bed.

Each room has its own decor theme and unique woodwork, for which it is named. Seasonal changes are made to the decor.

Maple Room

Rejuvenate in a queen size bed adorned with a hand crafted quilt. This cozy room is decorated with items related to maple sugaring, an important industry and heritage of Somerset County.

This room is finished with sugar maple known as hard maple. There is one piece of curly maple in here, see the difference when you visit.

Perhaps you would enjoy the old fashioned rocking chair? Private full bath completes this room.

Oak Room

Spend an evening in the Oak Room decorated in natural red oak wood and pine. Oak is one of our more common and hardest woods in the area.

You will find acorn patterns in a variety of furnishings throughout the room. The handcrafted quilt on a queen size bed will beckon you to rest and relax. The hickory rocker and pine bench complete this room. Remember each room has a private full bath.

Hemlock Room

Hemlock is Pennsylvania's State Tree, commonly known as a pine tree with short needles and little pine cones. Notice the unique design laid out in this room with the tongue and groove pine paneling.

This is the largest room. Queen size bed with hand crafted quilt.
Full private bath accompanies this room.
